INVERCLYDE Council is asking residents about how to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Port Glasgow.
The council is co-ordinating a range of projects to mark the occasion.
People can show their support for proposals in an online survey, with a deadline of Friday 31 January.
Ideas include expanding the Comet Festival into a full weekend; floral displays; a school art project; and commissioning a piece of piping music or a sea shanty.
