PROPOSALS for flats at a former Gourock hotel have been re-submitted for approval, 10 years after permission was first given.
The C-listed building in Ashburn Gate was the Queens Hotel and later a care home.
A planning application has been lodged seeking consent to convert the main building into seven apartments.
A side extension would be demolished and a three-storey block with six flats would be built.
There would be 13 parking spaces.
Similar proposals were approved in September 2014.
The application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council.
