The role is integral to not only leading the property and assets services of the association, but the overall strategic direction of Cloch.
The main purpose of the department is to ensure the association’s assets are maintained and improved, whilst ensuring that customers are satisfied, and we work within our budgets.

Cloch Housing Association is a registered social landlord operating in Inverclyde, Scotland. In 2018, the association celebrated its 50th year in operation and today it owns more than 1,400 properties, with 50 per cent of houses built after 2000. Between 2024 and 2026, we have ambitious plans to grow as an organisation.
