PLANS have been drawn up for a new house in Inverkip.
The three-bedroom property is proposed for a gap site on Main Street, adjacent to Point Place.
Planning permission for the principle of building a house there is being sought initially.
If Inverclyde Council agree, approval for detailed designs would then be required.
