VOLUNTEER Milestone For Abbigael At Greenock Parkrun
ONE of the younger volunteers at Greenock parkrun, Abbigael Crawford, achieved the milestone of helping out 25 times at The Esplanade five-kilometre event.
Abbigael has performed many roles including writing run reports.
Seventy-nine people ran, jogged and walked the course on Saturday, including 10 first-timers.
Despite a very strong wind after the turn at the boat club, Gordon McInnes managed to improve his time by an impressive one minute and 32 seconds in only his second run.
