Inverclyde Now Logo TAE Kwon Do — Students Compete In Inverclyde Club Event

INVERCLYDE Cho’s Tae Kwon Do Scotland held its second club competition of the year with 28 students taking part.

The contests give students a taste of competing in patterns and sparring at a lower level before going on to bigger tournaments. All involved received a trophy with the winners receiving an extra certificate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Winning Students For Patterns:

1st Place: Sean Bryceland, Max Stein, Thomas-Paul Williamson, Declan McGhee, Brandon Matznick, Abigail Pollock, Carolyn Pollock, Gillian Collins and Stephanie Turner.

2nd Place: Leah Farnham, Morgan Malloy, Noah Laverty, Jessica Foley, Dean Cushnaghan, Owen Harvey, Carly MacVicar, Kerry Foley and Jason Harvey.

3rd Place: Violet Docherty, Keegan Laverty, Karmyn Lapsley, Eirenn Larkin, Morgan Connon, Jaxon Boyle, Adam Engleby, Rebecca Foley and Thomas Collins.

Winning Students For Sparring:

2nd Place: Violet Docherty, Keegan Laverty, Max Stein, Karmyn Lapsley, Teighan Collins, Dean Cushnaghan, Owen Harvey, Abigail Pollock, Jason Harvey and Carly MacVicar.

3rd Place: Thomas-Paul Williamson, Morgan Malloy, Morgan Connon and Kerry Foley.
