SIXTEEN members of Port Glasgow Otters Swim Team took part in the West of Scotland Regional Championships at Tollcross, Glasgow.
Fifteen clubs participated in 66 events. The team had a fantastic day with every member winning medals. Port Otters returned with an impressive tally of 44 medals –- 31 gold, eight silver and five bronze.
Kyle Brotherton won four gold medals, in the 75-metre individual medley (class 3), 50-metre backstroke (class 4), 25-metre breaststroke (class 8) and 50-metre freestyle (class 3).
Isaac Dunning won four gold medals, in the 100-metre individual medley (class 2), 50-metre backstroke (class 1), 50-metre breaststroke (class 1) and 50-metre butterfly (class 1), and a silver medal in the 100-metre freestyle (open).
Richard Browning won two gold medals, in the 100-metre individual medley (class 1) and 100-metre freestyle (open) and three silver medals in the 50-metre backstroke, 50-metre butterfly and 50-metre breaststroke (all class 1).
Zac Gallacher won two gold medals, in the 25-metre backstroke (class 10) and 25-metre freestyle (class 8).
Lindi Steele won two gold medals, in the 25-metre backstroke (class 9) and 25-metre freestyle (class 8).
Courtney Clark won two gold medals, in the 25-metre backstroke (class 8) and 25-metre freestyle (class 10).
Emma Thompson won a gold medal in the 25-metre backstroke (class 8).
Andrea Gallacher won two gold medals, in the 50-metre backstroke (class 4) and 50-metre freestyle (class 1), and a silver medal in the 50-metre breaststroke (class 3).
Lee Morrison won a full set — gold in the 25-metre breaststroke (class 6), silver in the 50-metre backstroke (class 4) and bronze in the 50-metre freestyle (class 1).
Jordyn Fitzharris won two gold medals, in the 50-metre breaststroke (class 4) and 50-metre freestyle (class 3), and a bronze medal in the 50-metre backstroke (class 3).
Chris Dillon won two bronze medals in the 50-metre backstroke (class 3) and 50-metre breaststroke (class 4).
Adam Parker won a gold medal in the 50-metre freestyle (class 3).
Katy Boyle won two gold medals, in the 50-metre breaststroke (class 2) and 50-metre freestyle (class 1), and a silver medal in the 50-metre backstroke (class 1).
Aimee Hagan won two gold medals, in the 50-metre backstroke and 50-metre freestyle (both class 1), and a silver medal in the 50-metre breaststroke (class 3).
Stephen Coyle won a gold medal in the 100-metre freestyle (open).
Eve Cushnaghan won three gold medals, in the 50-metre backstroke (class 3), 50-metre breaststroke (class 4) and 50-metre freestyle (class 3).
