RUNNERS Achieve Impressive Milestones At Greenock Parkrun

GREENOCK parkrun regulars turned up in the wind and rain to celebrate completing the five-kilometre Esplanade course 50, 100 and 200 times.
Sarah Blandy achieved her 50th parkrun milestone and four runners marked the century milestone — Andrew White, Claire Melville, Graeme Hanna and Emma Benstead.
Finally Gill Gilmour completed her 200th parkrun.
Fifty-nine hardy participants ran, jogged and walked the course on Saturday, of whom six were first-timers.
Two people improved their times — Joe Ellis and Rachel Laing.
