GREENOCK businessmen Sandy and James Easdale have launched a strong attack on Inverclyde Council after their £10million plan for flats in Greenock was rejected. DEVELOPER Ossian Properties want permission to construct a building containing two three-bedroom flats at Woodberry House, Castlehill Crescent, Kilmacolm. Their application is pending assessment by Inverclyde Council planners.
