A MAJOR provider of property factoring services across Scotland has opened a new office in Inverclyde.
Newton Property Management, which has bases in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness, now has premises opposite Battery Park, on Eldon Street, Greenock.
The expansion follows Newton’s acquisition of historic Greenock firm Morison Walker Property Management in 2023.
The Greenock office will offer a full range of property management services, from maintenance and repair co-ordination to tenant communication and financial management.
Associate director at Newton, Fraser Williamson, who worked at Morrison Walker with his father John, said: “Our larger, fully-staffed office in Greenock will continue to provide a responsive service, using local contractors with the support of the excellent services from the Glasgow head office.
“This is essential to continue to uphold the values of local service as best value, for existing and new customers.”
