MORTON lost 2:1 to Dunfermline Athletic, away, despite their opponents going down to 10 men.
The Greenock side went ahead in the 33rd minute, when Owen Moffat scored.
But Dunfermline equalised in the 60th minute and got the winner in the 79th minute, even though a player had been sent off in the 67th minute.
Morton are now seventh in the Championship.
