A MAN has been taken to hospital after he was attacked at a property in Greenock.
Police and ambulance service crews responded to flats at Lyle Street around 3.15pm (Wednesday).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of the serious assault of a man at a property on Lyle Street, Greenock.
“The man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment and enquiries are ongoing.”
