POLICE are investigating after a man was attacked in central Greenock this morning.
Officers sealed off East Shaw Street after being called to the scene around 10.30am (Wednesday).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the serious assault of a man in the East Shaw Street area of Greenock.
“Officers are at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.”
