INVERCLYDE Leisure has announced the launch of the F.A.S.T Studio (Functional Athletic Strength Training), a revolutionary addition to the Waterfront Leisure Complex, Greenock, from 20 January.
As the first of its kind in Europe, the concept developed by Inverclyde Leisure and Escape Fitness combines innovation with community-focused fitness opportunities.
Designed to inspire fitness enthusiasts of all levels, the cutting-edge facility offers a dynamic, versatile, and modern training environment tailored for both individual and small group sessions.
To celebrate, Inverclyde Leisure is hosting free classes from 20 January to 31 January, allowing everyone in the community to experience this groundbreaking studio.

The F.A.S.T Studio is set apart from the main gym, providing a modern, premium training environment designed to inspire focus, creativity, and high-performance workouts.
The studio is equipped with industry-leading Escape Fitness gear, including battle ropes, sled tracks, lifting platforms, and other high-performance tools designed to inspire and challenge participants at all fitness levels.
The only other place you will find the exclusive Escape Load equipment is in Gold’s Gym, California, highlighting the uniqueness of this space in Inverclyde. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, the F.A.S.T Studio is your ultimate fitness playground.
Led by an exceptional team of F.A.S.T coaches, the studio introduces a range of new classes, designed to motivate, challenge, and help participants achieve their fitness goals. Members will also benefit from personalised support to ensure they get the most out of every session.
