AN empty shop unit at Greenock’s retail park is being lined up for conversion to a dental practice.
Glasgow-based Merrylee Dental Practice plan to open a clinic with five treatment rooms at unit 5B at the waterfront retail park, between Pizza Hut and JD Gyms.
Proposed alterations including formation of new glazing at the front of the building.
A planning application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council.
A decision is still awaited on whether Farmfoods can move their Greenock store to another vacant unit at the retail park.
