Financial Services Co-ordinator –- Permanent Role in Greenock — Salary £20k to £24k

CLARK Gillone Chartered Financial Planners have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Co-ordinator supporting an Adviser in our very busy Greenock branch. 

This is a challenging but rewarding environment and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

The salary will be £20,000 to £24,000 dependant on experience.

A strong background in Financial Services is critical to this role.

You will have a wealth of knowledge in Financial Services with a broad spectrum of skills and experience that would cover the following:

— Mortgage processing

— Protection Processing

— Investment processing and client reviews

— Pensions processing and client reviews

Our ideal candidate would be proactive and able to multi -task, must have an eye for detail and be very client-focused. 

This individual will have good professional interpersonal skills and work in a well-organised and accurate manner.

You must have a clear commitment to delivering an effective and high quality service to customers. 

Daily Requirements

Excellent telephone manner.

Proactively manage a diary system that supports a high quality service to your adviser and clients. 

Keeping the clients and adviser up to date with any developments or delays.

Professionally deal with all clients who come into the business.

Preparation for adviser client meetings, which will include:

— File tidy and prep.

— Collate all necessary paperwork for completion at client meeting.

— Liaise with client prior to meeting to ensure they have all necessary documentation to hand.

— Action and process all relevant work from client meetings in a timely and accurate fashion, again keeping your adviser updated to allow them to manage the client’s expectations.

Liaising with third party companies and dealing with all business applications thoroughly through to conclusion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PC literate – Typing/audio typing will be required at times.

This role also includes an element of housekeeping. You would be responsible for ensuring that the files and filing system are maintained to a high quality. You would also have ownership for maintaining the office literature, paperwork and stationary.
