Inverclyde Now Logo NEW Inverclyde Council App For Reporting Problems

30 January, 2017 | Noticeboard

INVERCLYDE Council has launched a new mobile phone app to allow people to report fly-tipping, graffiti, dog-fouling and street-lighting issues 24 hours a day.

It is available to download free on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store.

The app takes advantage of the technology built into the phone to give residents the chance to provide as much information as possible to the council when reporting something.

GPS can be used to identify a particular location and the app also allows residents to take and send images of the fault or issue they are reporting making it easier for services to identify what is wrong.

Requests are automatically classified and sent directly to the appropriate service area.

Search for and download the Inverclyde Council mobile app – Inverclyde Online – at the Apple app store or Google Play or visit www.inverclyde.gov.uk/InverclydeOnline for links.
