INFORMATION Event About Kilmacolm Sewer WorkSCOTTISH Water is set to begin a sewer upgrade project in Kilmacolm and is holding an information event for residents on Tuesday (14 May).
The drop-in event will take place at Kilmacolm Community Centre, Lochwinnoch Road, between 3.30 and 6.30pm. Residents can find out more about the plans for the work which is being carried out by Scottish Water’s alliance partner amey Black and Veatch (aBV).
They’ll also hear about proposals to minimise disruption in the local area and have the opportunity to provide feedback.
The work to up-size the sewer is due to start on Tuesday 28 May and will help prevent flooding in the area. It is expected to take around six months.
