FREE Launch Event For Inverclyde Chamber Of Commerce Business AwardsINVERCLYDE Chamber of Commerce Bee’s Knees Awards is once again throwing the spotlight on local business talent with a new line-up of categories for 2018.
This year’s free launch event is being sponsored by West Coast Cinemas and will take place at its Waterfront Cinema, Greenock on Thursday 25 January, noon to 2pm.
It will give the local business community an opportunity to learn more about the annual business awards, including the new categories and sponsors for 2018, as well as how to enter.
The Waterfront Cinema will make the networking launch a real cinematic experience by treating everyone to a big screen showing of the 2017 finalists’ videos, served up with popcorn and soft drinks to help set the scene.
Representatives from last year’s winners, as well as awards finalists, Inverclyde Chamber board members and sponsors, will be present to share their knowledge and experience of taking part in the awards.

“The Bee’s Knees awards are all about celebrating the dynamic businesses operating in Inverclyde by showcasing their resilience, innovation and success,” said Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce president Linda Scott.
“As we look forward once again to recognising and rewarding the endeavours of the leading lights in local business –- people working smarter than their competitors to create a business edge –- our Bee’s Knees launch event is an opportunity to learn how to be part of it.
“Entering the Bee’s Knees is free and a great way to positively market an organisation locally. So we are inviting businesses to utilise this networking opportunity, bring along some of their staff, business colleagues and customers, to share positive news not just about their own organisation but also about other successful businesses here in Inverclyde.”
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 8 June 2018 in the Marquee at the Chartroom, Kip Marina.
