EVENT For Carers Of Children With Additional NeedsCARERS of children with additional needs can get advice on healthy eating, coping with stress and drugs and alcohol at a ‘Look After Yourself’ event being held by Inverclyde Carers Centre.
It takes place on Thursday (29 March) from 1 to 4pm at Westburn Church youth hall, Nelson Street, Greenock.
