INVERCLYDE Athletic Club is starting a new running night for people who want to improve their parkrun, five kilometre and 10 kilometre times.
It will take place on Wednesdays, starting this week (22 January), 6.30 to 7.30pm at Ravenscraig Stadium, Auchmead Road, Greenock.
The club will also run a women-only session, catering for all levels, on Monday mornings, 9.15 to 10.30am, and a beginners’ jog squad on Wednesdays, 6.30 to 7.30pm.
