GOLF -- Young Gourock Golfers Prepare For League Season
GOUROCK Golf Club junior golf team are preparing themselves for another tough campaign in the Tail O' The Bank League during season 2012.

They are hoping to build on their successes of last season but know they will face a difficult time against talented teams from Cowal, Greenock, Lochwinnoch, Port Glasgow and Greenock Whinhill.
Top Gourock gents golfer Chris Mooney spent an evening with the junior team and looked at ways in which they could analyse their golf games with a view to improvement. The team can look forward to group coaching sessions with club PGA Professional, Derek Watters.
Gourock Golf Club are soon to host the 2011 Tail 'O The Bank presentation day which will involve all members clubs in a Texas Scramble followed by lunch and presentation of prizes.
