FLATS Plan Approved For Solicitors' Office
A GREENOCK legal firm has been given the go ahead to change one of its office premises into flats.

Blair And Bryden can convert their building at 27 Union Street, Greenock into four flats. The firm have another office at Cathcart Square, Greenock.
The development, approved by Inverclyde Council planners, involves one flat being created on each level, including the attic.
Although no parking spaces are being provided, planning officials felt the existing use as a solicitors’ office with around 10 staff plus clients visiting generated significant on-street parking demand during the day.
They felt the development might improve the balance of parking with more spaces available during the day.
No objections were received to the plan.
