CLYDE Coastguard Incident Round-Up For Monday 26 December 2011
A ROUND-up of incidents handled from the Clyde Coastguard co-ordination centre in Greenock on Monday 26 December
11.59am -- Ross of Mull Coastguard Rescue Team assisted in the recovery of a dinghy from a beach near Fionnphort, Isle of Mull, which had slipped its mooring following adverse weather the night before.
11.59am -- Arran Coastguard Rescue Team manned the landing site at Brodick for the NHS Air Ambulance which was transferring a patient from Arran to Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock.
1.55pm -- Arran Coastguard Rescue Team manned the landing site at Brodick for the NHS Air Ambulance, which was transferring a patient from Arran to Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock.
4.51pm -- Rothesay Coastguard Rescue Team manned the landing site at Rothesay for the NHS Air Ambulance, which was transferring a patient from Bute to the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley.
7.50pm -- Campbeltown Coastguard Rescue Team, Campbeltown all-weather lifeboat, and Campbeltown inshore lifeboat responded to a report of a woman in Campbeltown Loch. The woman was recovered from the water by the inshore lifeboat and taken to a waiting ambulance.
10.59pm -- Ayr Coastguard Rescue Team, Troon all-weather lifeboat, and Troon inshore lifeboat responded to a report of a woman in the Firth of Clyde at Troon North Shore. The woman was recovered from the water and taken to a waiting ambulance.
